MCR-SMSP20 fire alarm speakers have been designed and manufactured for the most demanding customers and to meet the requirements of the most complex and sophisticated sound transmission applications. Thanks to the contribution of advanced technologies, they combine excellent acoustic parameters and high aesthetics with resistance to mechanical damage and variable weather conditions, as well as low prices. Their additional quality is an exceptionally quick and simple installation. The quality standards and audio characteristics have been confirmed through tests and tests in an anechoic chamber, equipment for strength and integrity tests, as well as chambers for testing resistance to atmospheric agents and air humidity. The need to maintain the best acoustic parameters was the idea behind the design process. MCR-SMSP20 speaker models that emit sound with directional characteristics and high efficiency. The 5-inch 2-cone broadband speakers used in these series are an excellent alternative solution for horn units thanks to the wide frequency band. They prove to be excellent in both musical and verbal applications. The speakers are enclosed in round extruded aluminum enclosures; they have a high moisture protection class. Thanks to the directional characteristic of sound propagation, our speakers are mainly used on traffic routes and in sound emission over a large area. Thanks to their weather resistance, the speakers prove excellent in industrial warehouses, warehouses and partially open spaces exposed to outdoor weather conditions. In addition to their high mechanical and functional strength, the MCR-SMSP20 speakers fully comply with global system requirements, including British standard no. BS5839 Part 8 and EN 54-24. They have been certified by ITB. The technical solutions applied in the design guarantee the continuous operation of the sound transmission line connected to the speaker even if the latter is damaged or burned due to a fire. This protection consists of ceramic blocks installed inside the speaker, internal fireproof wiring and a temperature limit fuse. Two passages of the sound transmission cable in the enclosure are isolated by means of two cable clamps. Inside the fire zone, the speaker is isolated from the entire line, thus ensuring the continuity of the line and the uninterrupted transmission of emergency messages. The choice of individual power takes place by connecting to the applicable transformer branch. MCR-SMSP20 is designed for continuous operation at nominal parameters for at least 100 hours in accordance with the IEC-268-5 standard.
