MEDEA electronic boards are equipped with two powerful microcontrollers, which ensure very high calculation capacity, processing speed and large capacity memories with 1 Gb RAM and 2 Gb FLASH. A TTS text/voice conversion system (without licenses) and a dedicated audio codec circuit guarantees faithful reproduction of voice messages. It is possible to insert the communication interfaces directly on the boards and without position constraints; PSTN, 2G, 4G, WiFi and ZigBee modules thus communicate with the CPU, at maximum speed and without risk of interference. The board offers a LAN port and two USB ports, one type B and the other type A, as well as 2 RS485 field buses. The terminals are screen-printed removable trolley type. A dedicated connector makes connecting the radio expansion card convenient and quick, if it is housed in the plastic cabinet of the control unit.

Plug-in communication module equipped with a polarized connector for direct mounting on the Medea CPU board. The module allows complete backup of LAN communication as well as sending voice and/or SMS messages and transferring events in data mode
