EELECTRON TH00C02KNX-1 Product Description

The EELECTRON TH00C02KNX-1 device, part of the 9025 series, is a KNX transponder designed for access control management. This device uses RFID — MIFARE® technology and can be configured with ETS® to communicate with the KNX Data Secure protocol.

Key Features

• The KNX 9025 transponder can be installed with customizable glass covers on request.
• The upper part of the glass can be backlit, allowing you to illuminate the room number or a logo, both customizations on request.
• At the bottom there are 3 backlit capacitive buttons, freely configurable. Typically, these buttons are used for CAMERA LIGHT functions and for setting MUR (Do Not Disturb) and DND (Do Not Disturb).

BLE Technology and Beacon Functionality

The device integrates an antenna with BEACON BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) function, compatible with iBeacon® and Eddystone®. This technology allows messages to be sent to mobile devices equipped with an app that allows them to receive information from BLE beacons. You can set the transmission frequency and signal strength.

Recognition and Reporting

• The card in the transponder pocket is inserted into a compartment at the top of the device.
• The color of the reader's RGB bar indicates that the card has been recognized and shows different colors for reporting states or anomalies:
  • Recognized card (welcome): Green
  • Incorrect system code: Orange
  • Unrecognized card ID: Red
  • Wrong Card Date (validity expired): Yellow
  • Wrong weekday (No entry day): Purple
  • Wrong time of day (forbidden entry time): Blue-Cyan
• The reader also integrates a buzzer (which can be activated with the ETS parameter) for the sound notification of anomalies.
