THERMOSTICK ADELCU-2 Kidde Airsense ADELCU-2 Alarmline II Digital LHD EN54-28 Dual-Zone Position Control Unit

The ADELCU-2 digital position control unit is a dual-zone module for monitoring up to two zones of the digital EN AlarmLine II linear heat detection cable. If an overheating or fire situation activates one of the zones of the digital cable, the unit automatically calculates and displays the distance along the cable, in feet and meters, to the alarm point. The two zones can operate independently of each other or in interlock mode. A separate alarm and a fault exit with normal conduction are provided for each zone. The unit is intended for installation between the digital EN AlarmLine II linear thermal detection cable and a conventional or addressed fire alarm control unit. It has power, fault and alarm indicators, as well as free outputs for fault and alarm, corresponding to each zone. It can also be connected to an industrial process control system using the two-wire RS-485 Modbus RTU output.
