Backup switching power supply 24 V DC / 7 A (6 A + 1 A)

The APS-724 is a backup switching power supply with 24V output, for applications including alarm systems and other types of installations.

The power supply is characterized by a high output current of 7 A, which represents the maximum current delivered by the power supply connected to the load. When the battery is charged, this value is reduced by the maximum charging current of the battery: 6 A (power devices) + 1 A (battery charging). The energy efficiency of the APS-724 power supply is 94%.

The system complies with EN 55011 Class B in terms of both conducted and radiated emissions levels. It also meets the requirements of the EN 60950-1 safety standard.

Advantages that make the device unique include a built-in interference suppression filter and an active power factor correction (PFC) system – up to 0.99. Excellent operating parameters and stability in operation are guaranteed, even in the presence of high fluctuations in the supply voltage.

You can connect lead-acid batteries or other types of batteries with similar charging characteristics to the device. This allows the system to operate uninterrupted, even for several hours, in the event of a main power failure.
