CON VOX audio filter board for DIN rail

The ACFK20 module allows the automatic activation function (VOX) in the presence of an input signal, even in conjunction with the test signals (typically 30 Hz and 20 kHz) used in voice evacuation systems. Any filtered input signal is returned, via line buffer, to the balanced low-impedance output. The card's audio input can be connected to line signals (0 dB) or to typical constant voltage speaker lines (100 V). Special trimmers allow the adjustment of the VOX intervention threshold and the output volume of the audio signal. During installation, it is possible to select the type of filter to be used (low-pass and/or high-pass).

A relay output contact makes available the notification of the active VOX function. The card is therefore useful for reporting to auxiliary devices the presence of a voice signal (for example an announcement) discriminating it from a possible pilot control tone. The ACFK20 cards can be installed remotely inside electrical junction boxes; the ACFK20-DIN model, on the other hand, is equipped with a plastic box that allows a practical and quick installation on standard DIN guides.
