This sensor combines information on presence, brightness, humidity, temperature and noise, offering effective management of heating, cooling, lighting, shade control and room optimization.

Integrated sensors

• Presence: detection based on passive infrared sensors with 5 independently configurable channels.
• Brightness: management of ambient lighting based on the measured illuminance.
• Humidity: relative humidity detection.
• Temperature: ambient temperature detection.
• Noise: Noise level detection.

Control Features

The sensor is able to manage the two-stage thermostat with integrated PI controller for controlling heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

Logic and Algorithms

• 12 logical blocks available to implement simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators.
• Use of predefined algorithms for proportional temperature and humidity control or dew point calculation.
• Integration of the “Virtual Pocket Logic” for the accurate management of presence in hotel rooms through magnetic sensors installed on the doors.

Design and Installation

The sensor has a compact and flat design, with a diameter of only 8 cm, already awarded the Design Plus award 2020. It is designed for surface mounting and meets the requirements of Leed®, Breeam® and Well® for buildings.
