The system consists of a long-lasting vibration pump electronically controlled by the flow sensor to maintain a constant flow rate of smoke aspirated onto the analysis cell. The solution allows obtaining uniformity of measurements in the presence of the inevitable variations in the depression of the chimney, the flow and temperature of the combustion air and the progressive growth of losses in the filters and suction pipes due to the accumulation of impurities and humidity.

The AN510 is supplied complete with SO105. The aspirated smoke, through a dissipator or Peltier cell, is cooled, the condensation water is separated, then through a coalescence filter it is further dried and through a further filter it is purified from the residual particulate before enter the analysis cell. Any condensation water coming from the sink and the coalescence filter is collected and discharged automatically via a solenoid valve.
