COMBI 740 is an underground hydraulic gate opener and is made up of an automatism - electric motor/pump - coupled to a double-acting hydraulic jack. The motor-pump-jack block is equipped with an anti-crushing safety device, guaranteed by the maximum pressure valves, incorporated in the hydraulic circuit and adequately protected to avoid tampering over time after installation. Furthermore, it is not afraid of water, dust or other infiltrating atmospheric agents. COMBI 740 must be installed on the doors to be opened: one on the right side and the other on the left side, to obtain synchronized movement of the doors. The motor/pump-jack assembly is equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock. To free the hydraulic circuit, it is necessary to move the release lever located laterally on the maximum pressure valves. All the automation is supplied in working order, complete with selected hydraulic oil. There is no need to perform any particular operation to activate the movement. The gate leaf can be fixed on the COMBI 740 automation in three different ways: with the manual emergency release (for jacks with hydraulic block), with the support plate with square hole ring nut (for reversible jacks without hydraulic block) and with the square hole ring nut (for reversible jacks without hydraulic block). In all cases, these elements must be rigidly welded to the base of the door and in axis with the upper hinge of the door itself.
