The CS2100 conference system allows automatic management of up to 100 seats. All operations can be managed through the CL2100-G control unit. The conference modes that the system can manage are of the type “OPEN”, “MANUAL” and “AUTOMATIC”. At any time during the discussion, any participant who wishes can book the intervention. In the case of MANUAL and AUTOMATIC modes, the permission to speak is given by the operator (manual) or by the expiry of a preset time (automatic); the Delegate seats are enabled to speak according to the temporal order of the reservations queued in the central office. In an OPEN conference, all seats have the opportunity to speak at the same time. The President can enter into a conversation with the Delegates or, if necessary, activate the “Priority” function, putting all other positions on hold. The heart of the system is the CS2100 control and power supply unit with easy cascade connections of the various units through 6 lines of shielded CAT5 cables. The CS2100 unit equipped with a sophisticated digital controller is able to manage the sequence of interventions, electronic voting and the various alphanumeric room scoreboards. For system configuration and various control operations, you need at least one CL2100-G console (maximum four). The control unit can power up to 100 seats with the availability of 6 RJ45 outputs for the various cascade connections of microphone stations, consoles and room tables (Cat5e SF/UTP shielded cable). It has two audio inputs “MIC” and “AUX IN” for connecting to additional sources within the conference, such as wired microphone, radio microphone receiver or other sound sources (12 V phantom power for the “MIC” input). Double “IN” and “OUT” phono jacks for connection to a recorder with which to record and listen to the discussions again. On the front there are three independent volume adjustments (signal coming from the units, the “TAPE” input and the “MIC/AUX IN” inputs). A “BOOSTER OUT” (XLR) output socket allows you to connect a power unit for room sound broadcasting.
