The DCD-1E-IS (WHT) is a conventional heat detector with an intrinsically safe WHITE temperature rise rate with an element at a fixed temperature of 60°C designed for use in hazardous areas. The unit also has an output for the remote indicator. Heat detectors are normally used in applications where smoke detectors are not suitable or if there is a danger of false alarms from

smoke detectors.
