What you will learn during the course

Over the five training days, all the topics included in the official KNX Basic programme will be covered, combining theoretical lessons with practical exercises.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• understand the architecture and operation of the KNX system;

• design KNX installations according to official standards;

• configure devices using ETS software;

• carry out practical exercises on real installations;

• learn the procedures for commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining KNX installations.

The course has a strong practical focus, allowing participants to work directly with devices and real-world applications, developing skills that can be immediately applied in the field.

At the end of the course, participants will take the final exam to obtain the KNX Basic Certification.

Course Tutor

Ernesto Patti is a KNX professional and Tutor with extensive experience in the building automation sector. Throughout the course, he will guide participants with a practical, hands-on approach, using real-world examples, exercises and case studies covering the design, configuration and commissioning of KNX installations.
