The EELECTRON MB80D01KNX-SWH button panel, belonging to the eelecta® MiniPad KNX series, is a versatile and highly configurable device for managing various home automation systems.

Key Features

This panel is equipped with 8 buttons that can be configured to control lights, shutters, dimmers and other programmable command and control functions.

Indicators and Signals

There are 8 white LEDs and an RGB LED, each freely configurable using the ETS software.

Interfacing and Inputs

On the back of the device there are 3 inputs: two dedicated to interfacing potential-free contacts (for example sensors, traditional buttons) and one freely configurable by ETS as a clean or analog contact.

Control Features

The panel includes a temperature sensor that can also be configured as a two-stage thermostat to control two distinct areas. Each area is equipped with an integrated PI controller for controlling heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves, 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

Logic and Programming

There are 16 logical blocks available to create simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators. You can use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity controls or dew point calculation.

Presence functionality

The device integrates the “Virtual Pocket Logic”, which is particularly useful in hotel rooms. Thanks to a magnetic sensor installed on the door and connected to a digital input, accurate presence information is managed. The presence detection solution can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors, detect an accidental presence and differentiate multiple behaviors.
