The EELECTRON SO08L02KNX-1-3M device belongs to the OL-U KNX series and is designed for wall installation. This switch is equipped with up to 8 mechanical buttons, which correspond to 16 channels, allowing you to manage on/off commands, brightness adjustment, curtains and blinds, as well as other programmable control functions.

Key Features

• Configuration through the ETS application program and communication with the KNX Data Secure protocol.
• It integrates a two-stage thermostat for the control of two distinct areas, each with an integrated PI controller for the regulation of heating, cooling, valves, 6-way valves and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.
• It has a capacitive bar with swipe function on the front for the implementation of programmable KNX functions.
• It has a freely configurable RGB LED bar to display states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.

Logic and Functionality

• 32 logical blocks available to implement simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators.
• Use of predefined algorithms such as the proportional control of temperature and humidity or the calculation of the dew point.

Presence Detection

• It integrates the “Virtual Holder Logic”, particularly useful in hotel rooms, which manages accurate presence information through a magnetic sensor installed on the door and connected to a digital input.
• The presence detection solution can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors and also detects unexpected presence, distinguishing different behaviors.
