The EELECTRON SO08L02KNX-3 device belongs to the OL-U® KNX® series and is designed for wall installation. This switch is equipped with up to 8 mechanical buttons, which correspond to 16 channels, allowing the management of on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, as well as other programmable command and control functions.

Key Features

• Integrated with a two-stage thermostat for the control of two distinct areas, both with an integrated PI controller for controlling heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.
• A freely configurable RGB LED bar is available for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.
• 32 logical blocks available to implement simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators.
• Use of predefined algorithms such as the proportional control of temperature and humidity or the calculation of the dew point.

Button functionality

• Each button can be configured to manage on/off commands, dimmers, control of shutters and blinds, recall of scenes and control of sequences of objects.
• Support for gestures such as single tap, double tap, long press and slow swipe for functions such as dimming, temperature adjustment and setpoint setting.

Connectivity and Installation

• Connection to the bus line via a KNX terminal.
• Metal support for mounting on a round or square box (with fixing holes at a distance of 60 mm).
• Dimensions: 96 x 96 x 36 mm, compatible with British, German and Italian 2-module boxes.
• Power supply via EIB/KNX bus cable: 21 ÷ 32 Vdc.

Sensors and Inputs

• Integrated with a temperature sensor and a 2-pin connector configurable as digital or analog input.
• Possibility to connect an additional NTC temperature sensor (eelectron codes TS01A01ACC or TS01B01ACC).

Logic of Presence

• It integrates the “Virtual Holder Logic” for managing presence in environments such as hotel rooms, using magnetic sensors installed on the door and connected to digital inputs.
