The Ekinex® EK-SN2-TP motion sensor is used to detect the passage and parking of people in a semicircular detection area. The ideal use is in corridors, passage areas, services, flights of stairs, elevator disembarkation and in general environments with occasional occupancy. The device has dedicated channels for lighting control, HVAC equipment and alarms. The motion/presence detection is carried out by PIR (passive infrared) sensors; a sensor also allows the measurement of brightness in the environment. The operating mode is semi-automatic or fully automatic.
