The careful design and choice of high-tech and reliable components has led to the creation of this range of class D amplifiers, characterized by extreme compactness and reduced energy consumption. Complete with a diagnostic card for testing correct operation and verifying the integrity of the speaker line, they are equipped with a double output circuit with separate control (A and B), for the construction of redundant line systems; if a short circuit is detected in one of the two outputs, this line is automatically disconnected to allow the other to function smoothly. Modular amplifiers require a PMS2001 basket for 19” rack mounting. These amplifiers, directly connected to the CR8506-V controller via a shielded CAT5 cable, make it possible to create high-power areas. Up to 16 PMD units can be connected in cascade to each of the 6 output lines (zones) of the CR8506-V; for each group it is possible to configure an amplifier as a backup. The independent power supply of each amplifier makes the system extremely reliable and complies with safety standards
