The optional SmartLAN/g card exploits the LAN/Internet network infrastructure to offer connectivity to all the control units of the SmartLiving series. Thanks to SmartLAN/g, it is therefore possible to carry out programming and control operations using the SmartLeague software and supervisory operations of the SmartLiving system using the SmartLook software both locally (LAN network) and remotely (Internet network). The communication protocol used has a high degree of security, thanks to strict encryption measures. User and installer will be informed of central events thanks to the email notification options offered by SmartLAN/g. Any file that resides on an SD card can be attached to each email. The card also provides the SmartLiving system with a digital communicator to the surveillance stations with the SIA-IP protocol. With this functionality, supervisory centers will be able to receive all the information of interest in real time through IP connectivity with undoubted advantages in terms of costs and performance.
