EST-VES and EST-VES-8003 are scalable voice emergency units suitable for multipurpose applications. The devices of the EST-VES and EST-VES-8003 series are compact EVAC control units in which all components are contained in a single housing and fully meet the requirements of product standards EN 54-16 and EN 54-4. (certificate 1438-CPR -0659).
The entire system concept is based on high-quality audio network distribution nodes equipped with two 160 W, 320 W amplifiers or three 500 W class D amplifiers, which distribute 100 V signals to 4, 8 or 16 speaker lines. The system is able to guarantee the operation of a backup amplifier for the priority of the emergency signal.
All EVAC power plants are equipped with a power supply complete with a battery charging unit in accordance with EN 54-4.
EST-VES and EST-VES-8003 are designed to be Plug & Play with all the components provided by voice evacuation systems; it includes on board an emergency VVF microphone, a touchscreen display for system control, a DSP processor, programmable inputs and operator buttons, the scheduling function, a charger with space suitable for storing spare batteries, an expandable memory for pre-recorded messages, all integrated in an IP30 chassis or in a 15U rack for EST-VES-8003-LNRX2 (VES-8003- LNR + VES-8003-R).
EST-VES and EST-VES-8003 belong to the family of autonomous EVAC systems that can be connected to a TCP/IP network together with emergency microphone stations and microphone stations for announcements, thus allowing the transmission of live messages and background music over the entire network of control panels. The system has been designed to be wired with Cat5e copper cable with the announced microphone stations and connected with ring fiber optic cables for the control units.
