Dual technology detectors (smoke-heat) work according to the principle of light diffusion caused by smoke particles present in the air (TYNDALL effect) and on monitoring the temperature within the environment in which they are installed. A microcontroller analyzes and compares the signal received from a precision NTC heat detector and activates the alarm if the temperature exceeds 58°C. The smoke detector is equipped with an automatic gain control function; a microcontroller calculates the reading compensation to keep the sensitivity constant.
