The repeater panel allows active and constant control of each event. The FAP500 control unit can manage up to 16 remote panels; the connection with the control unit and any other panels occurs via an opto-isolated RS485 port. The panel identification address occurs via an on-board switch. Information is displayed on a 40 x 4 character backlit alphanumeric display. A series of LEDs displays the presence of power supplies, exclusions/re-enablements, alarms and anomalies. The user has at his disposal a keyboard equipped with specific keys for commands to and from the control unit.
