The PA8506-V is the compact PASO system that integrates voice emergency and sound functions for general use; it allows the dissemination of background music and calls (general or zone) without interfering with diagnostic routines. The PA8506-V has been designed for easy installation and for operation in a wide range of applications where both voice emergency systems and sound diffusion systems are required, in compliance with current safety standards. The possibility of connecting two PA8506-V easily and quickly (shielded CAT-5E SFTP cable) allows the creation of 12-zone systems, with a maximum of 1000 W of power and 14 emergency microphone stations (PMB132 series). The PA8506-V unit has all the functional features normally provided by more expensive systems, and is therefore characterized by a particularly advantageous quality/price ratio; it includes an emergency microphone, two class D amplifiers, a message generator and a socket with USB input for playing background music. In addition, it is equipped with 6 zone outputs with a continuous monitoring function on the speaker lines. The speaker output section consists of 6 separate zones, with independent music volume adjustment for each zone. In addition, each zone output has 2 circuits for speaker lines (A and B) in order to ensure complete coverage of the area even in the event of a circuit failure of one of the two lines. The front controls and the large LCD display allow easy programming and set-up procedure. In addition to normal operations for broadcasting announcements and music, the PA8506-V is able to send alarm calls in emergency situations and, in accordance with the EN54-16 standard, is continuously monitored in order to promptly report any anomalies. The PA8506-V is a complete 2-channel sound distribution system, which includes 2 250 W RMS class D amplifiers (one for music and one for voice): both amplifiers are continuously monitored. The 'music' amplifier also performs the backup function: in the event of a fault, it automatically replaces the 'voice' one. Optional AC8506 brackets for mounting in 19" (3U) rack cabinets.
