Main control unit for Previdia Max control panels. It connects to the CANDRIVE bar contained in the metal cabinets and is equipped with a graphic color display with a 7” touch screen. Inside the FPMCPU unit there are two CPUs: the main one and a second emergency one capable of intervening in the event of a failure of the main CPU, guaranteeing the basic functions of the system provided for by the EN54 part 2 standard. To have a complete redundancy of all the configured functions and logic, it is necessary to add a second FPMCPU unit configured as a backup unit to the control unit.

The FPMCPU front module can operate in three different modes: main unit of the control unit - backup unit - remote repetition keyboard (repeater). It is installed in the front panel of the Previdia Max control unit and connects to the CAN DRIVE bar if housed in the upper slot, or to the FPM module, installed in the upper slot, when housed in the lower slot. Each Previdia Max control panel manages up to 2 FPMCPU modules (one main and one back-up), or up to 14 FPMCPU modules if configured as a remote repeater keyboard.
