Cooper MCOM-R Single Channel Micro Output Unit (5-second recovery pulse) A wide range of micro interfaces are available to support the Cooper range of control panels, providing solutions for most design requirements. The MCOM is a single-output micro interface, with a soft address, that incorporates integrated short circuit isolators. It is extremely compact and therefore ideal for incorporation into other equipment. The MCOM is fully compatible with the current range of Cooper intelligent addressable control panels. It is suitable for low-voltage switching (24 V DC at 1 A maximum), through a series of non-bistable relay contacts. It is suitable for switching HVAC control circuits, system shutdown control circuits, fire door closing, etc. Optional variants The MCOM-R emits a pulse of 5 seconds upon recovery and is used to connect/restore linear detectors. The MCOM-S is identified by the control unit as a siren and does not reset to silence, it resets only when reset.
