General information
Modulaser represents a scalable aspiration smoke detection solution, which simplifies installation and maintenance and is positioned beyond traditional air sampling detectors. The basic configuration includes at least two modules, a display module and a detector module. Each detector module can handle up to 250 meters of sample tube. The display module and detector modules communicate via RS-485 serial.
The display modules are available in three configurations: Standard with TFT color display, status LED and navigation buttons, Minimum with only status LED and Command similar to the standard but with additional functionality for controlling various modules on the SenseNet network. The minimum and standard display modules can support up to 8 detector modules, while the command display module can support up to 127 modules through the SENETnet network

Detector module The detector
module is a completely autonomous unit, which takes air from the protected area, analyzes it and, if there are smoke particles, it generates a pre-alarm or alarm condition based on the ClassiFire logarithm. If an alarm or fault condition occurs, the module will activate the corresponding local relay output, according to programming. At the same time, the alarm or fault condition will also be reported to the Display Module to which the Detector Module is connected.
Given the modularity characteristics of the ModulaLaser detector, maintenance (for example the ordinary replacement of the filter, the replacement of a detection module, etc.) can be performed on one module at a time instead of on the complete system. This reduces the risk of an area being unprotected during the maintenance phase, as only one sample tube (protected area)
