MULTISCAN++ RACK BASIC MODEL CONTROL UNIT

The MULTISCAN++ is an innovative control unit used to monitor and control up to 256 gas detectors. Extremely flexible and highly reliable, it allows you to monitor gas detectors on RS485 loops, directly with specific output or with 4-20 mA output through 8-input peripherals. The MULTISCAN++ control unit has two RS485 loops, expandable to 4 to customize the various requests and needs of the field of application. All the peripherals connected to the loops are galvanically isolated and protected from any disturbances present in the field. A wide range of self-diagnostic testing facilities are implemented to identify and locate possible defects. The backlit LCD graphic display provides a precise indication of the gas concentration. An RS232C serial port allows connection from the PC to the CPU board for panel configuration and supervision. A parallel port allows the connection for real-time printing of the event memory.
