On Thursday, November 5th, MT Distribuzione is hosting Apromix, a Benincà Group brand, for a technical meeting for installers and system integrators. The morning will focus on Apromix's latest access control solutions: the new Leader Mini control unit, the Mifare/NFC reader and the Essentia keypad, and the Teka Light 2 cabinet for computerized key management.

The meeting will open with a short introduction to Apromix and Benincà Group: history, who they are and what they do. The technical focus will then move to the latest products:

• the new Leader Mini access control unit

• the new Mifare/NFC reader and the Essentia keypad

• the new Teka Light 2 cabinet for computerized key management

Featured products

Leader Mini: all-in-one access control unit for a single gate (up to 2 terminals, 100 users), with a built-in web server for browser-based management and no dedicated PC. Supports RFID, remote controls, QR codes, UHF, license plate recognition and a BLE app; 12 Vdc/PoE power, remote management.

Essentia: 13.56 MHz RFID reader for MIFARE tags, in Ethernet/PoE, RS485 or BLE versions, also available with a touch keypad for PIN entry as primary or second-level identification. Automatic reading of the password-protected block, with RGB LED and buzzer status signals.

Teka Light 2: cabinet for computerized key management, 14 slots expandable to 30, with a 125 kHz RFID tag on each key fob. Standalone operation with no remote server, web-based management, and a 4.3" touchscreen guiding pickup and return.

On display and live demos

During the morning, a display panel with the control unit and terminals will be set up, along with a Leader Mini, readers, a UHF antenna, a license plate recognition camera and a key cabinet: the Apromix team will demonstrate how the products work with hands-on demos.
