Steps to access the scrappage campaign:

1. Form completion: Installers must fill out the appropriate form, available at the Technical Support Service (attached here), entering the references of the system to be scrapped.

2. Attach the label photograph: The form requires attaching a photograph of the label containing the license plate data of the central unit to be scrapped. The clarity and completeness of this information are crucial for the correct authorization process.

3. Send the completed form: Once completed and accompanied by a photograph, the form must be sent to the Technical Support Service at the address

   stac@elkron.it, which will evaluate the request and, if compliant, issue a unique authorization number.

4. Receipt of the form with the authorization number: In case of approval, the form will be returned complete with the authorization number, confirming the regularity of the request.

It is specified that the components of the system to be scrapped should not be returned to our company. Installers are responsible for the proper disposal, in accordance with current regulations, of the components of the system to be scrapped
