Through the use of electrochemical cell sensor, the BETA CO carbon monoxide detector has excellent sensitivity performance and immunity from false alarms. The battery-powered versions warn by means of an optical and acoustic signal of the presence of carbon monoxide in the environment in which they are positioned.
