Ivy sirens have been designed to be simply installed and programmed. Under the plastic lid there is a solid metal undercover that helps to make the structure extremely resistant. The high-intensity light indicator is obtained by means of high-efficiency LEDs that allow a long battery life with their reduced consumption. There are also, on the sides of the blinker, two other auxiliary signal LEDs. There are numerous programmable parameters of the siren such as: sound, maximum alarm time, polarity of the inputs, number of blinks per minute, mode of activation of the signal, etc. The siren is available in the “classic” version in which the alarm can be generated by the disappearance of the power supply or the activation of the START auxiliary input or in the “bus” version. The siren in the “bus” version connects directly to the bus of the INIM power plants and through this it is controlled and supervised by the control unit. This approach greatly simplifies the wiring and programming of the system, also allowing different signals to be activated when different events occur by programming the related parameters directly in the control unit.
