ARITECH FIRE ACA-CT-100 T-mount clip for linear heat detector

General information The
ACA-CT “T” clip has been designed to correctly install the linear heat detector (thermosensitive cable) for both ceiling and wall applications. The clip is composed of a low density polyethylene resin in which there is the suitable housing for the linear heat detector, able to distance it by 25 mm from the attachment point of the clip. In ceiling applications, the spacing of 25 mm allows the cable to be hit more quickly by any increase in temperature in the environment

Easy installation
The clip is anchored by means of an M4 screw and a dowel (excluded). For greater security, it is recommended to use a plastic strap to prevent the cable from being removed from its seat. An 8-inch mounting of the strap on the clip is suitable even in the heaviest applications. A spacing of one meter between the clips is suitable in straight sections. In the vicinity of 90° curves or changes in direction, it is recommended to decrease this distance. Normal fire protection applications require the sensor cable (linear heat detector) to be placed on the ceiling or on top of a wall. This ensures that the sensor is quickly exposed to the hot smoke of a fire event that spreads near the ceiling
