General The 700 series conventional detector line includes a range of temperature detectors:

• The DT713-5 is a class A2 temperature detector with a fixed temperature threshold of 57°C and integrated variation or increase functionality.

• The DT713-5R has the same specifications as the DT713-5, but in addition it includes a built-in free-potential switching relay
• The DT713-7 is a class B temperature detector with a fixed temperature threshold of 70°C and integrated change or increase functionality.

Prevent false alarms with self-diagnosis The
700 series detectors continuously monitor their sensitivity and operating status. Once a day, they perform a comprehensive diagnostic test that includes dynamic testing of the detection chamber and internal electronics. Any abnormal states are reported locally on a fault LED on the detector and reported to a compatible CIE

The detector base
Each 700 series base is equipped with a continuity connection between the LINE IN (1) and LINE OUT (2) terminals of the conventional detector circuit. The base comes with the shirt in the closed position. The connection is enabled by default, allowing you to verify the wiring of the zones using only the basics. The connection will automatically disconnect when a detector is inserted, allowing the control panel to generate a fault message when the

detector is removed.
