Faro Windo is the dual-technology microwave and infrared (MW+PIR) curtain presence detector designed by Venitem for the protection and control of gates in wireless anti-theft systems. The detector, in fact, can be installed as a stand-alone unit and is equipped with batteries with low current absorption to ensure the best performance in radio applications. The beam generated by the presence sensor is able to guarantee the protection of openings with a maximum size of 3 meters x 3 meters with a lateral opening of the beam at a maximum distance of 3 meters equal to 35 cm. For the protection of windows and small openings (max. 1.4 meters), the maximum range of the device can reach up to 6 meters
