Smart room planning solution with native Microsoft Teams experience Yealink RoomPanel is one of the dedicated Microsoft Teams devices with a compact touchscreen and ideal for mounting outside meeting spaces to view the details of the scheduled meeting through Teams or Outlook 365 calendar applications. In addition, the panel is also enabled to book an available room on site and to indicate the current state of the room. Coupled with Yealink RoomSensor, RoomPanel allows users to check in automatically and see room status when RoomSensor detects participants entering the room. In addition, when the occupancy status of the detected room does not match that displayed on the panel, a pop-up message will appear on the panel.
